I don't personally handle any of the materials on site, but I like the fact that two masons can set a large power box lintel and it would take six masons to set the same size pre-cast. It is a much safer product because it is much lighter. The weight doesn't put a strain on your masons and if the worst happened and it fell
during installation you would not have injuries to your masons like you would with a pre-cast. The spans you can cover with power box lintels are much greater than standard pre-casts and are making jobs easy that used to be impossible. It truly is the product of the present and future.

Power Lintels just make sense and dollars too! In February 2006, we used Central Florida Power Box Lintels & Sills, LLC and the Power Lintels on the new building for Webster College. We like the concept of not having to pre-order heavy pre-cast lintels. Unload them and store them on site. There was no waste of material and no danger to workers while lifting and supporting very heavy pre-cast lintels.

Structural strength is also a plus with the power lintel. The two-course bond beam and lintels were poured together, making a strong bond throughout the building, tying lintels, bond beam and solid cells at doors and windows all together.

Mark Spaulding Construction Has been using the Power Box Lintels for the Golden Ocala Spa & Country Club.

As the Project Manager on this job the first thing was to find a Masonry Contractor we could depend on. Through working with one of our other manufacturers, we were introduced to Central Florida Power Box Lintels & Sills, LLC, and the Power Box Lintels.
